Seedy Frills is available for teaching classes, workshops, hen parties and other events plus providing 1 to 1 tuition for performers. She is a fully insured teacher with a BA (HONS) degree in Performance: Dance, a PGCE (QTS) and has many years experience of teaching both dance and fitness.
